What they get in AT Jumpers is instruction and performance opportunities in synchronized rope jumping. They develop their movement vocabulary – the one common language spoken all over the world.
Music, beats, rhythm, interpersonal relationships, and teamwork –
all are integral parts of the AT Jumpers formula for success.

AT Jumpers - White House '02

The children combine discrete jump rope skills into choreographed routines of their own creation, combining music and movement into a single coherent presentation. This form of exercise is known to improve all areas of physical fitness, as well as critical thinking and problem solving.
Students must cooperate and work together to create, develop and display their talents.
