1. ALWAYS COME PREPARED.

> Wear proper clothing and shoes(rubber-soled); No chewing gum or candy in class.

2. ALWAYS LISTEN AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS.

3. ALWAYS BE A GOOD SPORT.

> Respect others; Keep hands, feet, and objects to oneself; No fighting, bad language, or teasing others.

4. ALWAYS HANDLE EQUIPMENT PROPERLY.

>Use equipment as instructed by the teacher.

5. RAISE YOUR HAND, IF YOU WANT TO SPEAK.

>Raise your hand before speaking.

 

CONSEQUENCES

1st Offense: Student is warned.

2nd Offense: Student is removed from the activity for a short time.

> 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders fill out a behavior ticket.

3rd Offense: Student is removed from the activity for the rest of

the class period.

> 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders fill out another behavior ticket.

4th Offense: Student is removed from the activity for the rest of

the class period. A note is sent home to

parents/guardians.

Student fills out a student behavior report. [2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th]

> Also, possibly sent to Principal's office and/or Parent Conference.

 

SEVERE CLAUSE: 1st offense of any of the following will result

in student reporting immediately to the principal's office. **
